My personal falling asleep show is Gilmore Girls. It’s one of my favorite shows ever, and it has been a comforting show to me since I first watched it. Watching it is powerful–it can change my mood from stressed out to calm. It always helps me chill after I have a bad day because it is a very humorous show and also a relatable show in my eyes. Even though I am not a super wealthy only child going to an exclusive private school, I relate to this show because as you get further into the seasons, Lorelai and Rory start to fall apart and we see that their lives are messy and complicated like everyone else’s.
There’s lots of discussion online on the topic of falling asleep shows; there are so many qualities that make a falling asleep show, a falling asleep show. So, when things get overwhelming, find your comfort show and press play.
