The Harrison football team won against the Xenia Buccaneers this past Friday, November 8th, with a final score of 45 to 28. This win puts the Wildcats one step closer to the state championship, something the Wildcats have never won before. We are two wins away from being regional champions!
Key plays in the first quarter were Cole Koops running for a 1-yard and then a 22-yard touchdown and Dickie Engel, who ran for a 4 yard- touchdown. Engel also threw a 28 yard- touchdown to Cole Koops in the second quarter, as well as throwing a 10 yard- touchdown to Kyle Davidson in the 3rd quarter. Landen Anderson kicked a 28 yard- field goal in the 3rd quarter, and Cohen Hering ran for a 20 yard- touchdown in the 4th quarter.
