Many students at Harrison take Advanced Manufacturing during their 4 years. While some students plan to enlist or enroll after graduation, 30% of students report that their next step is enrollment. Only half of these students take advantage of the programming at Great Oaks, meaning that there are many students here at Harrison that benefit from this type of specialized training. The Advanced Manufacturing course is designed to help students get started on the right track. This class is both hands on and computer based, with lots of work with advanced robots. Mr. Kucera reports that five students have started careers in advanced manufacturing based on their training and experience with this class.
