Has anyone here noticed that Mr. Locke looks a little different? Maybe he changed up his style, or perhaps he got taller, OR maybe it’s the fact that all his hair is missing?
Everyone loves Mr. Locke, he’s a great math teacher, fun-loving guy, and all around great dude. However, it is an interesting change, so I interviewed him to get more insight on his decision to shave it all off. I asked why he made the dramatic change and he said, “Well I’m going to have to rock the bald look someday.” This is something that a lot of men are scared of, so it’s nice to see someone who embraces it.
I also asked him if he regrets it, and his answer was, “Nope, I live my life with almost no regrets”, followed by, “Bald is beautiful!!” Although bald is surely beautiful, we can still laugh a little bit about the opportunities for some very funny Halloween costumes. His options currently are Mr. Clean, Pit Bull, a Cone Head, and The Rock. Which costume would you like to see Mr. Locke as this Halloween?
Lastly, I did some bald research on my own and nashvillehairdoctor.com states that, “This reduction in appearance-related stress can have positive effects on your overall mental health and confidence.” So, funnily enough, being bald is actually good for you! What teacher will be next to join Locke on the bald hype train? Mr. Thomas? Mr. Zuerick? Who knows!
