You know the feeling: you’re sitting in your uncomfortable plastic chair that is attached to a wobbly desk, and you see your teacher sitting comfortably in a chair that wouldn’t be out of place on the space station. You wish you could switch seats. But which teacher would it be best to switch seats with?
The burning question of who has the best chair in the building finally has an answer. I have tried out 10 different chairs from various teachers and I’m going to rank them 1-10.
- Mr. Siry: I feel bad for him because he’s a student teacher and has a plastic chair. 1/10.
- Mr. Deak: His chair is not my favorite, it won’t stay up, and for a tall guy like Mr. Deak, that has got to be annoying. 1/10.
- Mr. Rehage: I’m not going to lie his chair wasn’t my favorite, I just feel as if I sat in it for more than 10 minutes I’d be in pain, especially my back. 4/10.
- Mrs. Krise: pretty comfortable but a little bit stiff. Such a great teacher deserves a much better chair. 5/10.
- Ms. Evanson: at first her chair wasn’t my favorite; it is very upright and sort of stiff. BUT she has a stool that makes it way more enjoyable to sit it. Over all 6/10.
- Mrs. Schade: her chair is pretty good; it’s not the best but not the worst. It has a good spin. 7/10.
- Officer Canada: His chair is up there, it is pretty comfortable, had a good spin and bonus points for having a Wildcat on it. 8/10.
- Mrs. Mclean: Her chair was a 9/10. It’s very old but its comfortable and rolly. The only point deduction came from the way it looks, because it looks a little like a grandma’s curtains. But we love our grandmas and their curtains!
- Mr. Locke: His Chair is very comfortable, and it has a good spin, no complaints from me. 9/10.
- Ms. Purcell: Her chair is very good and over all the best, it has a good spin, its comfortable and it even looks good. 10/10!
Here we have it, the top 10 teacher chairs at HHS ranked worst to best. In my opinion there were a lot of good candidates, but Mrs. Purcell’s chair won by a landslide. It has the best spin, the best amount of support without it being too much, and it is a good-looking chair.
